1. About YellowMoon
These terms govern use of the YellowMoon website and purchases from YELLOWMOON ENTERPRISES PVT LTD. Before live launch, insert the company’s verified principal/registered address, customer-care details, grievance officer details and GSTIN/PAN where applicable.
2. Eligibility and account information
Customers must provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. Product information
We aim to display accurate names, descriptions, colours, sizes, materials, country of origin, care instructions, warranties and images. Screen colours can vary. Warehouse and supplier data must be verified before fulfilment. If a material error is discovered, YellowMoon may contact the customer with lawful options before fulfilment.
4. Prices, discounts and taxes
The price payable and any compulsory charges should be displayed clearly before purchase. Sale claims, crossed-out prices and discount percentages must reflect supportable pricing data. Applicable taxes and charges should be configured and disclosed in accordance with the company’s actual GST/tax setup.
5. Orders
Adding a product to the bag does not reserve stock. An order is subject to payment verification, stock availability and acceptance for fulfilment. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and an appropriate refund or alternative offered where applicable.
6. Payment
Available payment methods, provider details and any applicable charges will be shown at the payment stage. Payment security is provided through the configured payment service provider. Chargeback rights, where available, are governed by the relevant provider/network and applicable law.
7. Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds
The Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy form part of these terms. Product-specific eligibility shown before purchase also applies.
8. Intellectual property
YellowMoon branding, original site design, text and owned media may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party marks and product content remain the property of their respective rights holders.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer law. YellowMoon will maintain a grievance-redressal mechanism for consumer complaints.
10. Governing framework
These terms are intended for an India-operated e-commerce store and should be read with applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Final jurisdiction wording should be reviewed against YellowMoon’s actual registered office and operating model before launch.
