Dispatch and delivery
Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines depend on warehouse availability, destination, courier serviceability, public holidays and events outside reasonable control. The best available estimate should be shown with the order or communicated after confirmation.
Tracking
Where carrier tracking is available, tracking details are shared after dispatch. Customers should provide a complete delivery address, correct PIN code and reachable contact number.
Failed delivery
If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, customer support may contact the buyer before re-dispatching or cancelling the shipment, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
